Practice and Experience

Since 1979, David has actively practiced business, corporate, real estate law, and civil litigation. David and the firm emphasize representation of local corporations, limited liability companies and their owners. He also handles significant personal injury cases. David is commonly referred to as a dispute resolution lawyer. He is available for association with out-of-state counsel and for referrals. When not practicing law, David enjoys fishing and golfing.

Education and Professional Activities

David received a Bachelor of Science Degree with high honors at Oregon State University. In 1979 he received his juris doctorate from the University of Oregon. He is a member of the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association and is licensed to practice law in Oregon state and federal courts. His peers have given him and the firm an AV rating (the highest possible rating for both legal and ethical standards).
